Our main asset is certainly our Team of highly experienced professionals, who are able to bring unrivalled inside knowledge of the Romanian market since its very beginnings (early 90’s).
The team is led by:

Magda Stanescu
An engineer by training, Magda has now 14 years of experience in Marketing Research and Marketing.
She has gained broad knowledge of all areas of MR and their applications to Marketing in major multinational companies, first as Consumer Research Manager and then Retail Audit Data Processing Manager with A.C. Nielsen and then as MR Manager with Unilever Romania.
Magda is currently managing integrated national and international quantitative research projects.


Alfred Dumitrescu
Trained as a psychologist and certified psychotherapist, Alfred, with his 13 years of experience in Qualitative Marketing Research has gathered broad consumer knowledge based on extensive human behaviour understanding.
He learned his skills as a moderator and project manager within the GfK- Europe international training programs and became a member of the 6 person GFK Europe Qualitative Research Expert Team and a Qualitative Research trainer for its CEE Region affiliated Institutes.
Alfred served as Qualitative Research Manager of GfK Romania, until becoming a Managing Partner of Lighthouse Research & Marketing in July 2002.
Currently responsible for managing and supervising all our qualitative research projects he personally moderates focus groups in-depth interviews on key strategic projects.
During the last 7 years, Alfred has also coordinated a number of regional research projects, as well as providing expert consultancy for European marketing projects (i.e. European launch of Sunsilk).

The top experts in various human sciences (i.e. anthropology, sociology, psychology, communication science), whom we are able to involve in flexible, task-assigned teams meant to explore new research areas (i.e. anthropological/observational research, life-style panels, cultural studies).
